Whenever you place more than one order to the same address, on the same day and the same shipping speed, we'll consolidate everything into a single order.
We'll calculate the cost of the consolidated shipping and refund you the difference. We'll email you a credit note and the refund will appear on your credit card statement in the next few days.
For the moment we do this manually, so If this is your case and a week has passed and no refund was granted, please contact us.
