If you have already clicked on the grey sync button and there's still a difference in the amount of attendees you have in Eventbrite and ConferenceBadge, then there might be 2 possible reasons for this.
1. Some of you attendees may have bought more than one ticket and only entered their own information.
You need to collect information for all attendees.
To configure your order form to collect information for all attendees, follow this Eventbrite tutorial.
Once you have collected information of all attendees you'll have to reimport them into Conference Badge by clicking the grey sync button.
2. There might be duplicated names. Our system automatically filters out attendees with the same name + email when importing.
If you wish to have multiple badges for the same person we can override this filter for you, just contact us.
